Description

DNSDataView – an application that can be used as a replacement for NSLookup – the standard Windows OS tool that is used to query the DNS system. However, unlike the NSLookup program, DNSDataView features a graphical user interface.

Using this utility, you can retrieve information regarding DNS resource records (MX, NS, A, SOA) of a user-specified domain, hostname, or IP address of any server. By default, you can use the DNS server of your internet connection, or the server you specify. Additionally, you can save the received data to a text, HTML, XML, or CSV file.

DNSDataView Features

DNSDataView works on Windows XP, Windows 2003 and 2008, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. It is not supported only on older versions of MS Windows. To start using, there is no need to install auxiliary DLL files. To use, you just need to run the file – DNSDataView.exe. Then you can enter the domains for which you want to view DNS data. Afterwards, in the main program window, you will receive all the requested data.
