Foxmail for
Windows - a free small email client that
serves in processing incoming emails, has huge functionality for working with attachments and letters. The program is created by Tencent - a Chinese corporation. Provides support for protocols: RSS, IMAP, POP3 and SMTP. You can send emails without an SMTP server (the PC handles this itself).
Foxmail fully supports HTML — it reads HTML mail and creates HTML emails, including with "graphical" signatures. When reading HTML mail, you can use the program's viewer or Internet Explorer, a browser that ensures correct display of received emails in encodings available to the browser.

Attention:
The drawback of Foxmail is its orientation towards users in China; you should know that the version with Chinese language will be installed by default.
When switching the interface to English language, from the Languages folder in the program installation directory, the Chinese.lgb file is deleted.
When enabling Russian language, you need to place the Russian.lgb, Language.ini files downloaded from https://russianfoxmail.at.ua into the %FoxmailDir%\Languages\ folder.
