MAPILab Toolbox for Outlook is a collection of settings for Microsoft Outlook. One shell contains eighteen different enhancements for the email client. This add-on includes File Fetch, with which any files can be sent from a personal computer directly to an email address. The File Send Automatically module monitors files specified by the user. If changes are made to them, they are immediately forwarded to the specified email address. Adding all contact information to the list is done using Mailing List Service. Automatic filling of fields is available when using Message AutoFill. Hide Fax Numbers will allow hiding fax addresses. Now you will be insured against such an unpleasant situation as sending necessary information to a fax instead of an email address.
Subscription Manager allows respondents to add their e-mail to the mailing list. Importing data in vCard format is done using the vCard Converter add-on. In Microsoft Outlook folders, you can find all the necessary data if you use Find and Replace. For redirecting email messages and a substantial expansion of the email client's capabilities, you should activate Email Redirect.
With Reminders Assistant, Microsoft Outlook's capabilities for various notifications will be maximally expanded. The Send If Approved add-on controls the sending of letters. This process is performed only after each of them is separately approved.
