Online-Armor Free is based on the technologies of the paid version; it can detect keyloggers, protect the PC from malicious scripts, software, etc. The program is fully functional for free for 30 days, after which it switches to a mode with limited free functionality.
Online Armor Free controls incoming and outgoing Internet connections on the PC and detects keyboard spies. The HIPS function prevents any unidentified objects from running (with the user's permission) to prevent information leakage.
Main functionality:

- For experienced users, there is an advanced mode where you can configure the program in more detail.
- Preventing unknown applications from launching.
- Startup components. In Online Armor, the “Startup Items” page lists programs that, once edited, launch when the operating system starts.
- Monitor control. The firewall alerts the user when programs attempt to change their home page in Firefox, Opera, and Internet Explorer.
The new version supports Windows 8.1; it has added asynchronous connection handling; optimized digital signature processing; improved Banking Mode, settings, support for web browsers and other software; many bugs have been fixed.
