The software includes a tool for letter conversion. Transliteration adjusts all characters, removes and adds spaces between them, replaces words and letters, makes counters visible at the end and beginning of names, and changes case.
SVS RenameFiles renames not only folders but also subfolders. As for working with MP3 tags, you can assign values to them. Users can choose between ID3v2 and ID3v1 tags.
Thanks to the built-in 'Use filename' function, values from file names are added to tags. This algorithm also works in reverse. That is, you can compose the object name from the tags. Before final renaming, you can preview the result and then output a detailed report for each file.
Additionally, the program comes with the SVS ShowMP3tags utility. Using it, with a single click of a mouse button or keyboard key, you can view and edit up to 30 MP3 tags or MP3 files from the list. WMA viewing is allowed for up to 33 items.
