CDBurnerXP is a free closed-source program for Windows, used for creating Blu-Ray, CD, DVD, HD-DVD discs and recording audio files (MP3, FLAC, WAV, OggVorbis, Windows Media Audio) in Red Book format.
The CDBurnerXP program is based on StarBurn SDK. It supports creating ISO images and burning them, creating multi-session, bootable, and CD audio discs. The application is free for all users, including commercial ones, has no adware or spyware modules, and integrates with all media and most drives: Firewire, IDE, SCSI, USB.
