Rozmovlyalka (розмовлялька) is a free program for voice playback of Ukrainian-language texts, distinguished by its full support of the Ukrainian and Russian languages, with text-to-speech rendered in several high-quality natural voices. Rozmovlyalka converts wav to mp3 files, features an English interface, and reads by phrases rather than by lines.
