If you are having problems with your graphics card driver, you can solve them very simply. Driver problems, especially with graphics card drivers, occur very often, practically for every user. In this article, we will tell you how to easily resolve such issues in the shortest possible time.
To fix a problem with your graphics card driver, you should make sure you have a stable internet connection. Perhaps, that is all you need to solve the driver problem.
First, you need to determine your graphics card model. Open the control panel, enter "
Device Manager" in the search, and then select the corresponding item from the list.

In the device list, expand the "
Display adapters" list, after which you will see a list of graphics cards installed on your computer.

For example: let's take the nVIDIA GeForce 730M graphics card, but, as you can see in the screenshot, the computer has 2 graphics cards installed, namely, nVIDIA GeForce 730M and Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000.
If you have problems with more than one of your graphics cards, then we recommend that you perform the following operations on all problematic video adapters. So, the name and model of the graphics card is known, now you should visit the official website of the manufacturer of this graphics card.
For example, we took a graphics card from nVIDIA, its official website is https://www.nvidia.com. Open this website, you will be prompted to select a language, from the presented list choose your country, for example "
Russia" - in this case, the language will be Russian.

In the menu, select the "
Drivers" item, then select the "
Download Drivers" sub-item. You will be taken to the driver search page for your graphics card. On this page, specify all search parameters and click the "
Search" button.

A page will appear with the latest driver for the specified graphics card. In our case, it is
GEFORCE 331.82 DRIVER.

Click the "
Download Now" button, after which the driver download will begin. The size of the downloaded driver in our example was >300MB. However, do not worry if you have a slow connection or frequent internet drops, as the nVIDIA website allows you to resume the driver download at any time.
The downloaded driver just needs to be installed, after which, restart your computer and enjoy the graphics card's performance.
